

Appointment Policy
Treatments are carried out on an appointment basis only.
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
When you arrive I may still be with a previous client in the treatment room, please take a seat and I will be with you as soon as the treatment has finished.
If you are running late, I may not be able to carry out your treatment as it means I cannot spend the time needed to give you a quality service, I will do my utmost to accommodate you as long as this doesn’t have an impact on my next clients. If I am unable to accommodate you and I cannot extend the treatment time, this will be treated as a cancellation (please see cancellation policy).
A full health questionnaire must be completed before any treatment commences, this should take around 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts, please allow for this additional time.
If you have a medical condition please advise at the time of booking as some treatments may not be suitable, in some cases a GP letter may be required.
