
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you.
As a small business the effects of clients not showing for an appointment or cancelling at the last minute can be extremely detrimental. To keep the salon running smoothly and in fairness to other clients, I would greatly appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment value and and will be automatically added to your next appointment.
For clients who on a regular basis do not show for an appointment and/or cancel with less that 48 hours notice, payment up front will be required for future appointments.
If for any reason I need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be moved to the next mutually convenient appointment.
